Bin Stocking*
With the Bin Stocking Program, a qualified Exact Industries Inc. Representative will visit your facility on a pre-determined schedule set by you. Upon assessing what items are needed, the Representative will stock these materials for you. The program offers the following features and benefits:

• eliminate the worry of running out of inventory
• cost efficiency-no purchase requisition required
• no minimum quantities
• billings can be weekly or monthly
• allocate your focus on major materials while we take care of your small components

Never again worry about having to shut down your production because of a five cent screw!!

Service Contracts**
Setting up a Service Contract can save you time and money. Upon commencement of your service, we will ship to you the items you require based on a pre-determined delivery schedule. The program offers the following benefits:

• eases purchasing of hardware
• materials are guaranteed to arrive Exactly when you are expecting them
• no minimum initial order

Our Service Contract will allow you to continuously and efficiently receive the inventory you need. This option is ideal for those who require the same amount of hardware weekly or monthly.

Kan Ban Systems*
The Kan Ban System is similar to our Bin Stocking Program. It can save your company money on:

• purchasing and receiving
• inspections
• inventory storage
• manufacturing parts
• assembly of components

The Kan Ban System is also known as Vendor Managed Inventory.

Just In Time Inventory**
J I T Inventory offers flexibility in ordering and storing hardware. You can place an order and receive only the amount you currently require, thus the benefits being:

• lowered storage costs
• receive only the amount of material you need, when you need it
• materials arrive sooner, most are stocked in our warehouse

J I T is most suitable for companies with limited facilities, but who still have a set production schedule.
